I'm Megan, the owner and baker here at Magic & Meringue! 🧁✨

Baking has been a hobby and passion of mine for over 10 years - one that I have pursued for personal expression, a creative outlet, and of course, to share my love with family and friends. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a brief stint in the corporate world, I realized that nothing brings me as much joy as baking. So, that's why I decided to open Magic & Meringue!

My husband and I have lived in beautiful Lago Vista for 3 years now. Our favorite thing to do is feed the deer and “babysit” the fawns in the summer. When I’m not in the kitchen baking up treats, you can usually find me working on endless DIY projects, watching anime with my 2 cats, spending hours elaborately painting my nails, or chowing down at local restaurants and food trucks with my husband, Carlos (Seeda & Lucky Rabbit are our favs)!

I cannot wait to bake new ideas, spread some frosting, and see smiling faces covered in crumbs! I hope you'll follow me on this journey, and (even more so) I hope I get to bake you a cake!
